Shipping Policy

Overview

We ship three core truck transmission pneumatic valves: A-5000 Slave Valve, K-3331 Splitter Valve and A-4740 Air Filter Regulator from our US domestic warehouse to customers across the United States, Canada and Mexico. All in-stock orders will be arranged for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

US Domestic Shipping

Standard ground delivery needs 3–7 business days to most contiguous US states. Expedited express shipping is available for urgent fleet & repair shop orders, with extra freight calculated automatically at checkout. Wholesale orders over USD850 qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping within mainland USA.

Canada & Mexico Cross-border Delivery

Shipments to Canada and Mexico are delivered via certified international freight carriers with transit time 7–15 working days. All import customs duties, local consumption tax and clearance expenses shall be fully borne by the buyer in accordance with local customs regulations.

Shipping Cost

Final shipping fee is auto-calculated on checkout page based on product total weight and delivery destination zone. Pre-paid outbound shipping cost is non-refundable except orders with confirmed factory production defects.

Delivery Exception

We take no liability for delivery delays caused by carrier strikes, force majeure natural disasters, remote region customs detention or buyer-provided incorrect shipping address.
